We are busy finding out all about Japan in Class 3 and learning Sakura - a song in Japanese. Do you like the song?
Today in PE we developed our skills in Seated volleyball, boccia and new age curling.Which one did you like the best? We produced some fantastic writing describing a Viking raid. We used drama to help develop our ideas! Today we ate delicious onion rings and lettuce wraps, using crops we have grown in our planters. What did you think of them? I'm so proud of how hard everybody in Class 3 has worked organising the fundraising afternoon AND with their powers of persuasion when selling on their stalls. It was a HUGE success and we have raised lots of money for a very good cause. Raffle, Teddy, Treasure and final figures will be announced after the holidays when the project team have counted up. Thank you to everybody who brought brought money/helped! Put your coordinates skills to the test these holidays with Dino Dig. See if you can uncover all of the dinosaurs.
We have got an exciting visitor in tomorrow who is going to empower us to change children's lives around the world. Can you think of any ways you help others?
Today we had a judo lesson. You were all brilliant and concentrated well. Which activity did you enjoy the most? Which did you need to be better at? |
